Becoming a mother isn't easy! Whether you're seasoned or just beginning, a Doula can provide the emotional and physical support you need. I specialize in holistic health education to support a healthy and wholesome birth journey for my clients. Watch the video for more details. 

Virtual Doula

We will spend 5 video sessions together going over invaluable information about your journey to labor and birth. I also provide coaching for you and your partner or designated hype man so they can support you correctly at birth. Each session is structured to help you get prepared in the delivery room or at home. We will go over your birth plan, your physical health, your mental health, and go over your postpartum recovery plan.
